East Cambridgeshire District Council (ECDC) is the planning authority for the area. Haddenham Parish Council is consulted upon most planning applications within the parish.
Our Planning Committee will hold a meeting to consider an application should it be deemed appropriate. Full Council Planning Meetings will be held for large applications.
Haddenham Parish Council does not comment upon every application but will not submit comments to ECDC without holding a meeting to allow members of the public to express their views.

All planning meetings are open to the public and the agenda will be shared a minimum of 3 days in advance of the meeting on this website. The agenda contains details of applications to be considered at that particular meeting.
Residents are urged to submit their own comments in relation to planning applications, whether the Council comments or not, and further details can be found on the ECDC website.
